There is no fee for a confidential consultation by phone or in person, nor until you decide to hire me for representation. Our fee arrangement will be governed by a mutually agreed upon Contract for Legal Representation, which I will thoroughly explain to you.
Contingency Fees (Plaintiff Claims)
You will not pay an attorney's fee to me unless I am able to recover compensation for you. Attorney's fees and reimbursement of litigation costs/expenses will be disbursed at the same time you are compensated based upon an agreed percentage in the Contract for Representation.
Billable Hour Fees
You and I will reach an agreement on a dollar fee per hour of work, or agree upon a flat fee for such tasks as preparation of a contract, power of attorney, deed, last will & testament, health-care directive (living will), et al.
